Full refund within 24 hours
For a US$199 one-time KeyLab Repair purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase timestamp shown on your receipt. Email cheaibsajed@gmail.com with your order reference and the email used for the purchase. Do not include card numbers or passwords.
How the window works
The 24-hour window is the deadline to send your refund request, not the time for funds to reach your bank. A request sent within that window qualifies even if we review it later.
Processing your refund
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times. Access granted by a refunded purchase ends when the refund is processed.
After 24 hours
After 24 hours, the voluntary refund window ends. This does not restrict mandatory consumer remedies, statutory withdrawal rights, claims for non-delivery or defective services, or any additional refund rights under the applicable payment provider’s terms. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Current availability
Paid checkout is not open yet. This policy describes the refund offer for paid purchases when checkout launches. Account registration does not make a purchase or start the 24-hour window.
